Weekday Special, Monday – Thursday    $250

• $100 deposit, $115 due at event

Package #2

Weekend, One Bartender – Friday – Sunday  $295

• 5 hours bartending service, plus one hour free setup
• Additional hours @ $40 an hour
• Tip jar out
• Includes portable bar and table (if needed)
• Consultation about drink menu and shopping list
• Cleanup
• $100 deposit, $195 due at event

Package #3

Two Bartenders – Recommended for 80 guests and over – $595

• 5 hours bartending service, plus one hour free setup
• Additional hours @ $80 an hour
• Tip jar out
• Includes portable bar and table (if needed)
• Consultation about drink menu and shopping list
• Cleanup
• $150 deposit, $445 due at event

These packages are not available on holidays, or the last Saturday of October, and on dates in areas where special events are taking place, such as the Coachella Music Festival, etc. Prices subject to change without notice. A $50 to $100 travel charge will be added for locations over 50 miles from Van Nuys.

General Liability Insurance

I offer $1,000,000 general liability insurance and liquor liability insurance.

I can provide you with a certificate of insurance and add additional insured parties.

Deposit Policy

I have never cancelled or missed an event I have booked. If for some reason I can’t make it, I will send another very qualified bartender who I know and have used before.  My contracts state that deposits are NON REFUNDABLE. I take a deposit to hold the date for you. While I am holding that date, I turn down other offers. In some cases, I will let you float your deposit to another date if you give me enough advance notice.

Portable Bars

This portable bar and back table is included at no extra charge with the packages. We have others as well, when this one is not available.
